Force Energy Co. says independent 3rd party geophysical report
Magnetic Force Force Energy Corp. (OTCBB: FORC) (hereafter "Force", "the Company")announces today that an independent 3rd party Geophysicist has been engaged to provide the Company with a geophysical report on theDripping Rock Prospect. Completion of the report is expected inJuly of this year. Force Energy has entered into an LOI on the Dripping Rock Prospect, located in Sweetwater County, Wyoming: 6th Principal Meridian,Range 94W, Township 14N, Section 6 to the Company. Dripping Rockwells are prolific with reserves of up to 20 BCF (Billion CubicFeet) per well with an average of 10 BCF. Dripping Rock Fieldproduces gas mainly from the Cretaceous Upper Almond Formation. Theproducing sand is a stratigraphically trapped sand bar pinching outupdip on the east side of the field. Typical completion includes afrac. The Almond Sand is over pressured. Further details of theDriping Rock Prospect can be found on the Company's website. Exploration geophysics is the applied branch of geophysics whichuses surface methods to measure the physical properties of thesubsurface Earth, in order to detect or infer the presence andposition of concentrations of ore minerals and hydrocarbons.Exploration geophysics is the practical application of physicalmethods (such as seismic, gravitational, magnetic, electrical andelectromagnetic) to measure the physical properties of rocks, andin particular, to detect the measurable physical differencesbetween rocks that contain ore deposits or hydrocarbons and thosewithout. Exploration geophysics can be used to directly detect thetarget style of mineralization, via measuring its physicalproperties directly. Exploration geophysics is also used to map thesubsurface structure of a region, to elucidate the underlyingstructures, spatial distribution of rock units, and to detectstructures such as faults, folds and intrusive rocks. This is anindirect method for assessing the likelihood of ore deposits orhydrocarbon accumulations. Force Energy Corp. is an Oil & Gas Exploration and DevelopmentCompany based in Denver, CO with a focus on Wyoming. Using ageology-based methodology, the US Geological Survey estimate a meanof 2.4 trillion cubic feet of undiscovered natural gas, a mean of41 million barrels of undiscovered oil, and a mean of 20.5 millionbarrels of undiscovered natural gas liquids in the Wind River BasinProvince of Wyoming. They further estimate a mean of 84.6 trillioncubic feet of undiscovered natural gas, a mean of 131 millionbarrels of undiscovered oil, and a mean of 2.6 billion barrels ofundiscovered natural gas liquids in the Southwestern WyomingProvince. Force Energy Corp. has entered into LOI's to drill anddevelop two prospects located within each of these prolific areas. The Company's shares are publicly traded on the OTCBB under theticker symbol FORC.
